Casa Maria is personally hosted by its owners, the Rodrigues family, who reside on the first floor of the property. Mr. William Rodrigues and Mrs. Maria Rodrigues are veterans of the tourism industry, with over three decades of experience in welcoming and caring for travellers. They also own and operate Coastline Holidays, a leading tour company based in Kochi.
For the Rodrigues family, Casa Maria is a project especially close to their hearts. Their years of experience have taught them what travellers truly value—warmth, personal attention, thoughtful service and genuine hospitality. Casa Maria offers spacious accommodation spread across three floors. The ground floor has three rooms, with two rooms featuring king-size beds and the mezzanine floor offering a comfortable queen-size bed. The second floor has four rooms, comprising three king-size beds and one queen-size bed. Each floor also includes a spacious common hall, dining areas and a kitchen.
All rooms have attached bathrooms, offering privacy and convenience throughout your stay. The spacious layout makes Casa Maria well suited for families, friends and groups travelling together, while retaining the relaxed feel of a traditional Kerala home.
